Today I visited El Rastro Market! IT is held every Sunday and public holidays, 8am-3pm. It was amazing! I got there at 9am which meant an alarm for 7am (minging) but I’m so glad I did it! When I got there, there was hardly anyone around so I was able to walk around the hundreds of stalls freely before the mad rush! There are stools for so much! Clothes, Football kits (some very obviously fake, others not so much), bags, paintings, antiques, photography equipment, electrical goods, flamenco dresses, homemade clothing, rugs. EVERYTHING. After about an hour and a half the mad rush started. Luckily I had made a few purchases (to be followed) and got the audio and imagery I wanted for my Phonar task with Rachael Bint. This is definitely becoming a regular thing!
